Yes this discount ends on 31 December 2024.

Yes there is discounted accommodation at the conference venue which can be found here.

No, due to catering purposes, tickets must be purchased in advance.

There is no refund for change of mind for attending. Someone else may have your ticket but you must contact us to let us know the name and details of your replacement prior to the event.

In the highly unlikely event that we cancel the conference, we will contact you directly about your refund. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Yes, you may pay by direct debit. Please contact us if you wish to pay this way and we will send you the details.

Yes we ask for your dietary requirements upon booking and will ask you again just prior to the conference start date.

There is no dress code as such. Come in clothes you feel comfortable in. No bare feet or bikinis though.

We have no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form at our events. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.
By attending this conference, you agree to participate in the event responsibly and professionally. We reserve the right to remove or restrict your access if you engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
What to Do If You Witness or are Subjected to Unacceptable Behaviour:
Participants should report any behaviour inconsistent with these principles to onsite event staff. Event staff will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.
